Which device is the right one for my pet?
The NOVAFON power is suitable for larger animals and dogs due to its power with the higher frequencies, in addition it is very popular with our customers for use on humans because of its power. The NOVAFON can be used on cats and sensitive animals. On the lowest frequency, both devices can be used for small animals. The latest generation device, NOVAFON power 2, is suitable for all animals and humans due to its individual frequency levels from very gentle to very strong.

How do I get my animal used to the NOVAFON?
Accustom your four-legged friend slowly to the device and always start at the lowest intensity of 50 Hz for the first few minutes. For larger attachments, start the device only with body contact on the animal. Even if it takes longer: every animal is different, don't lose heart too quickly. Here you can find tips of our community. You can also take advantage of a telephone consultation at any time.

Can I use a NOVAFON for my pet and myself?

Can I use NOVAFON on my diseased animal?
NOVAFON can be used to reduce a wide range of symptoms associated with orthopedic or neurological disorders. For example, joint pain, tendon pain, movement disorders, and more. Please discuss treatment with your veterinarian or pet therapist to work effectively with the NOVAFON. You can also book an application consultation with one of the NOVAFON therapists. Please also note the list of contraindications, i.e. a list of cases where NOVAFON must not be used.

How often do I need to use NOVAFON for it to work?
Even a single application will result in pain relief and activation or relaxation of the muscles. Observe your pet during the application and in the after-effect. We recommend a daily application of 15 minutes, depending on the life situation and stress, to optimally support your four-legged friend. Please note that the NOVAFON sound wave devices only alleviate symptoms and thus increase the quality of life and positively support the mobility of the animal, but do not cure underlying diseases. Therefore, use the NOVAFON as often as your pet needs it. Treatment with the NOVAFON cannot replace a visit to the veterinarian in case of acute illness or orthopedic challenges.
