Preparation of the inner and outer thigh
First, use the plate attachment or fascia slider at 50 Hz to stroke the area between the hip and knee on the outer thigh over a wide surface. Apply moderate pressure. Repeat this step for 4–5 minutes. Then stroke the inner thigh evenly down to the knee. Use the plate attachment at 50 Hz. Treat the area for 2–3 minutes. .

treatment of knee osteoarthritis and other pain
Local vibration therapy can be used to treat symptoms of osteoarthritic conditions in various areas, such as the knee. Tense muscles surrounding the affected joint or resulting from protective postures can be normalized with novafon. The application with novafon takes a total of 10–15 minutes and can be repeated up to twice daily. Perform the treatment on the affected side, and on both sides if necessary. Make sure to carry out the following steps carefully.

Locate the knee joint space on the inner side. Treat the ligament structures in this area. Use the 75 Hz frequency and move in circular motions evenly over the area. Remain in this area for 5–7 minutes. Use the plate attachment for this purpose. .
