The Physio Attachments fit the wireless novafon devices novafon one and novafon power 2. They are not compatible with the novafon max+, novafon max or the wired devices of the older generation.

With some NOVAFON devices of the 1st generation, it may happen that the new Physio Attachments (Fascia Fork and Fascia Wedge) are not aligned as intended. Please check whether each attachment sits horizontally on the device, as shown in the product images above. If this is not the case with your NOVAFON device, please use our returns portal to send the device in free of charge. We will adjust the device for you quickly and at no cost.

In professional and clinical use, NOVAFON Physio Attachments must be disinfected with a surface disinfectant for medical devices before and after each application. In general, NOVAFON recommends alcohol-free disinfectants suitable for sensitive surfaces, such as SinAlc Sensitive from HIMED or RHEOSEPT-WD plus Wipes from Rheosol. If necessary, wipe them dry with a soft cloth. For the “Spike Attachment” specifically, we recommend an alcohol-free spray disinfectant, e.g. SinAlc Sensitive from HIMED or another comparable product for disinfecting medical device surfaces. If the attachments are dirty or require cleaning, use a brush and a neutral cleaner under running water before disinfecting. For home, non-clinical use, you can clean the attachments with a damp cloth, under running water, or in a mild soap solution.

The attachments can be easily removed from the device with a quarter turn and a gentle pull. To attach them, simply push the attachment onto the device. The attachment is correctly positioned when the mounting points on the device and the attachment align seamlessly.

The NOVAFON Physio Attachments are made of a high-quality plastic specifically designed for medical applications. Please store them in a cool and dry place.
