NOVAFON can help to alleviate pain in the hand and improve the mobility range.
Treatment of the fingers
The NOVAFON device can be used for the regulation of muscle tone and treatment of the sore areas of the wrist. NOVAFON treatment takes a total of 10–15 minutes per side and can be repeated up to twice daily. Before you start, plug your NOVAFON into the socket, take a comfortable seat on a chair and put your arm down. Carry out the treatment on the affected side, or both sides if required. Make sure to follow the steps outlined here precisely.
1 – EASING TENSION OF PALM
AND BACK OF THE HAND
To treat the fingers, sit at a table and lay your hand down in a comfortable position. Switch your NOVAFON to level II, and use the plate attachment to sweep across the palm of your hand for 2–3 minutes. Next, turn your hand over and repeat the same treatment for 2–3 minutes on the back of your hand.
2 – TREATMENT OF THE FINGERS
Then treat your fingers using the ball attachment. Turn your device to level I, and pass slowly along the interdigital spaces. If you feel more intense pain on a finger, focus there for several seconds. Repeat this treatment up to twice a day.
